So the word on campus is that there is a gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) group called Soulforce that is going to come and try to get everyone all riled up.
In the words of Colonel Potter from MASH, "Horse hockey!" I can't believe the way so many students are acting. Shouldn't we, as Christians, welcome Soulforce with open arms?
I'm angry. And I'm going on a cruise, and will be gone Monday, the first day that Soulforce is on campus, which makes me a bit angrier (too hard to be angry about that ... I'll be on a cruise for heaven's sake). I would love to meet these people with cookies. Just shove a huge platter of yummy, gooey cookies right under their noses as they got off of their protest bus.
If they are still around on Tuesday, I will do just that.
